we then rent out to people with special needs/ health issues / men

we have 4 parts to our business first we are looking for 3+bedroom houses to rent out to people with special needs/ health issues / mental health issues where we look after them and help them with cooking and finding employment

2nd we looking for the 3+ bedroom houses to rent out to workers 

3rd we are looking to rent any business on a ongoing bases so if there is a sandwich business up for sale we will take it if there are any restaurants for sale we will take them on

4th we also have people who will do

gardening, painting, baby sitting, carpet cleaning, house cleaning,sign language teaching, dog walking, laundry service, office cleaning   

We rent these houses from the Landlords on a ten year rent to rent contract
