• 0.5 percent fee, plus VAT (£1,500 + VAT minimum fee)
• No sale, no fee

• Bespoke property particulars
• 360 virtual tour - essential in today's market and fast becoming a must for buyers
• Video Tour
• Social media marketing and exposure
You will have my personal advice and service from start to finish, including accompanied viewings, feedback, marketing reviews, sales negotiation, full buyer vetting and sales progression as standard.
I will also do my best to help you find a new home to purchase once we have found you a buyer, and my experience of all markets locally means that I am well placed to provide advice on the best areas to move to and assess any purchase on your behalf.
